nk99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or placing any bet on nk99. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Overview and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and nk99 ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing all use of the nk99 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support channels made available through https://nk99.lol and any associated mobile-accessible URLs.
By accessing or using the nk99 platform in any capacity — including registering an account, browsing the platform without an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or contacting support — you acknowledge and agree that you have read these T&C and accept them as binding. Eligibility Requirements

- You are not subject to a self-exclusion or account suspension imposed by nk99.

Account Registration and Management
Each player may hold only one active nk99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management on the nk99 platform.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All deposits and withdrawals on the nk99 platform are processed exclusively through approved Bangladesh-based mobile wallet providers. nk99 does not accept international credit or debit cards, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or any third-party payment service not listed below. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits made via any other method will not be credited and may not be refundable.
- Minimum single deposit: ৳100. There is no set maximum deposit limit, however nk99 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts.
- Deposits are credited to your nk99 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact nk99 support with your transaction reference.
- You may only deposit funds belonging to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using another person's mobile wallet, is prohibited.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) used for the player's most recent deposit. nk99 does not process withdrawals to a different wallet or to a wallet not registered in the player's own name.
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes of submission, subject to identity verification requirements and any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus.
- nk99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
- Only cleared (non-bonus) balance may be withdrawn. Bonus funds, free spins winnings subject to active wagering requirements, and any balance derived from suspected fraudulent activity are not withdrawable until the applicable conditions are met or the matter resolved.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
nk99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be communicated to players at the point of offer. The general bonus rules set out below apply to all nk99 promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the bonus offer details.
- Bonuses may only be used for the game types or betting markets specified in the individual bonus offer. Using bonus funds in ineligible game categories may result in bonus forfeiture.
- A welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus is available to each new registered player only once. Creating additional accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once is a T&C breach and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- nk99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after a player has begun meeting its wagering requirements, nk99 will take reasonable steps to treat the player fairly.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed. Bonus funds may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nk99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and where the breach is confirmed, permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held in the account.
- Providing false identity information at registration or at any point during the verification process, including impersonating another person or using another person's identity documents.
- Using software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated or artificial means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage over other players, or circumvent any platform security or fraud detection measure.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using nk99 for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes, share inside information about live game states, or coordinate bets to exploit a platform pricing error or system vulnerability.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation, or attempting to obtain another player's login credentials by any means including phishing or social engineering.
Responsible Gaming and Limitation of Liability
nk99 is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational principle. nk99 provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are available through the account settings section of the nk99 platform and may be activated at any time. Players who wish to apply a self-exclusion or cooling-off period may also request this directly through nk99 support via live chat.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nk99 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, temporary platform unavailability, or third-party payment provider delays. nk99's total liability to any player for any direct loss shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on total deposits. Once set, a limit can be lowered immediately but may only be raised after a cooling-off period determined by nk99.
- Session time reminders: Receive an on-screen notification at a set time interval during a gaming session as a prompt to review your play duration.
- Self-exclusion: Suspend your nk99 account for a set period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, no deposits, bets, or account reactivation requests will be accepted. Contact nk99 support to activate self-exclusion.
Intellectual Property and Disclaimers
All content on the nk99 platform — including but not limited to the nk99 brand name, logo, website design, page layout, graphics, game interface elements, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of nk99 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any nk99 platform content without the prior written consent of nk99.
The nk99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nk99 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability and accurate display of odds, game outcomes, and account balances, nk99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure disruptions, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions, for which nk99 will not be liable.
Game outcomes on nk99 are determined by the relevant game provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for slot and table games, and by physical means (cards, dice, roulette wheel) for live dealer games streamed from certified studios operated by providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play. nk99 does not control or influence individual game outcomes and is not responsible for any disputed game result that falls within the normal operating parameters of a certified game engine.
Termination and Amendments
nk99 reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any player at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, where nk99 reasonably determines that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, comply with applicable law, or address a confirmed or suspected breach of these T&C. Upon termination, any legitimate balance (i.e., balance not subject to forfeiture under these T&C) will be returned to the player via their registered mobile wallet after any applicable verification has been completed.

Where changes are material, nk99 will endeavour to notify active players via the platform or registered contact details with reasonable advance notice where circumstances permit. Governing Law and Contact
These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. nk99 operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market and conducts its operations in compliance with applicable requirements. Any dispute arising from the use of the nk99 platform that cannot be resolved through nk99's internal dispute resolution process may be subject to binding arbitration or referred to a competent court of jurisdiction.
